Thank you for shopping with Richouthebox. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping timelines, preorder items, and order processing procedures.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Richouthebox is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
STANDARD ORDERS
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days after an order is placed.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the shipment.
Please note that shipping carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
PREORDER ITEMS
Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis. Preorder products are clearly identified on the product page and include an estimated shipping timeline.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that:

Production is ongoing or scheduled to begin.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

Your order will ship once production is completed and inventory becomes available.
Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
PREORDER CANCELLATIONS
Preorder orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, production planning and inventory commitments begin. As a result, preorder purchases become final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
If unforeseen circumstances result in a substantial production delay, Richouthebox reserves the right to offer customers the option to continue waiting for fulfillment or request a refund.
ORDERS CONTAINING BOTH PREORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, the entire order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item becomes available.
Customers wishing to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated shipping timelines, circumstances outside of our control—including manufacturing delays, supply chain disruptions, weather events, and carrier delays—may impact fulfillment schedules.
In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified via email with updated information regarding their order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Richouthebox is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly and file any necessary claims.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their local government.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
