NYFW SS26: Pretty in Pink

Description: This 1-of-1 denim set reimagines intimate structure and playful tailoring through upcycled materials. The bra-style top is built from flat-felled seams sourced from used jeans, hand-dyed into a soft pink ombré. The asymmetrical mini skirt is adorned with carefully selected pink ties—some featuring the “RICHOUTHEBOX” print—creating movement, color contrast, and a layered sculptural effect.

Fit: Top (A–C cup with adjustable band) | Bottoms (Women’s Size 2)

Process: For the top, flat-felled seams were removed from vintage denim, bleached, dyed to a pink ombré, and sewn onto custom pattern pieces. The straps were formed using the same seam material and supported with grommets. For the skirt, individually thrifted pink ties were sewn beneath the waistband of a transformed pair of vintage jeans, creating an asymmetric silhouette with dynamic texture and motion. 1 of 1 | Never Recreated
